Dental Implants

A dental implant is a titanium rod, inserted into the jaw bone, to act as a replacement for a natural root. It is usually either in the form of a screw or a cylinder and can support one or several replacement tooth. A crown, a bridge or a denture is customarily placed over the implant replace the missing tooth.

We now have a new piece of equipment, which eradicates the need for messy impressions when having, crowns, bridges, inlays and implants. The iTero machine safely scans the mouth, creating a 3D CAD image, which is then sent directly to the laboratory, for 3D printing.
